In 2022 and 2023 I was at the lab as a Master's student intern from the University of Amsterdam. I thoroughly enjoyed my internship, so much that I extended my stay and am currently working for the lab for several months as a research assistant. After this I will start my PhD at the University of Amsterdam.
During my time in the lab as a Master's student, I dedicated myself to trying to capture aspects of decision-making during different stages of drowsiness from a behavioural and neural perspective. I did this on a TMS-EEG dataset, using behavioural models such as drift-diffusion modelling, and linking these to non-linear (information theory) and linear neural metrics. Now, as a research assistant, I'm analysing data on information processing metrics in the brain during auditory and visual bistable perception. |
